Brenda Watson Baril is a real estate agent licensed in the state of Virginia and has been a residential agent in Richmond since 1994. Born and raised in Farmville, Virginia witnessed first hand real estate, development, and marketing through the family business. She received her BA at Hollins College, and Masters Degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to 1994 she worked for Community Group helping to develop newly formed Neighborhood Associations though out Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, and Chesterfield.

Brenda has formed a great reputation for professionalism, integrity and providing superior personalized customer service. She is a people person and has not met a stranger! Buying and Selling a property is an important decision and Brenda strives with her extensive knowledge to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

When not serving her clients, Brenda can be found on the golf course, the tennis courts, traveling, church, or working in her garden. Spending time with her family, Steve, Bentley, Adair, Elizabeth, Sydney and Dalton is her greatest enjoyment of all.
